Smartphones can cause temporary blindness

You may be shocked by the news but yes your smartphone can be the core of temporary blindness in your eyes. 

 

According to recent studies published in The New England Journal Of Medicine, checking your smartphone in bed can lead to circumstances like loss in night vision and can also cause transient monocular visual loss. 

 

Two women were reported to have temporary blindness after using their smartphone in bed, they both were glaring at their phones while lying on the left side, visualizing by the right eye caused the blindness of the right eye. 

  

But don't panic, this type of blindness lasts up to 15 minutes. The right way to pause this "temporary blindness" is to avoid using smartphone while lying on bed
