Women have become the victims of Gender Pay Discrimination at Google, says federal investigators
While Google progresses to say that they want to see women excelling in senior position at Google because that makes them a better company, the Federal investigators have inspected an extreme imparity against women working at Google.
Labor Department official implicated Google on Friday in a court hearing as they said,"systematic disparities against women" in almost all working classes at Google.
However, Google refuse to accept any claim regarding Gender Pay Discrimination for they do a yearly analysis of pay across genders and had never found a slight gender pay difference beside the statement asserted by federal investigator is the first ever we heard in a court which is stated without proper documentations.
