This Medical Software will be available for Galaxy Watch Active 2 and the upcoming galaxy devices, The software will be released in the 3rd quarter of 2020 for galaxy watch users around the globe.

Samsung posted information on its blog about the upcoming Samsung Health Monitor app. Users can conveniently keep track of their blood pressure by pairing the device with Galaxy Watch Active 2. Galaxy Watch Active 2 needs to be adjusted with a standard cuff so that your blood pressure can be monitored reliably using pulse wave analysis controlled with Heart Rate Monitoring sensors. The software analyzes the relation between the calibration value and the increase in blood pressure, which in effect helps to assess the blood pressure.

The Galaxy Watch Active 2 also comes with a heart rate monitoring system that is more sensitive and accurate. Samsung has attempted to distinguish its smartwatches with an emphasis on tracking health and fitness, including sleep trackers.
