Drinking Alcohol brings no benefit

Drinking Alcohol brings no benefit

Canadian researchers says that  health benefits of moderate drinking are likely inflating.

Studies have reported health benefits from moderate drinking brings healthier hearts  and longer life.

Moderate drinking can be explained in terms as no more than two standard alcoholic drinks per day for men or one standard drink a day for women, at least once a week, for any kind of alcohol.

People think they drink alcohol for pleasureBut if you think it's for your health, you're misleading  yourself.

When it comes to alcohol's net health benefits, the allowance is really doubtful. Researchers  did a poor job of asking about alcohol use and reckoning for other protective factors among drinkers, such as wealth and eating more fruits and vegetables
