The Silicon Valley roared this weekend with the burst of words written by a software engineer at Google that made us to think twice about the federal investigation being done on the Gender pay discrimination, earlier this year.
The manuscript of Google's engineer was published by Gizmodo, conventionally posted on an internal Google forum with the caption, "Google's Ideological Echo Chamber."
The essay confesses about the gender inequality as it says, the only reason that more than majority of the women don't contribute towards the technological and leadership statuses in the company is because of their genetic makeup that tenders a difference in their preferences and capabilities.
The main focus of the essay was on "ideological diversity" as he wrote that the company should revoke the increase of gender and racial diversity but rather aim to maximize ideological diversity.
Essentially the essay on the whole looks like a big misunderstanding of Google's employees on the perception to resolve problems.
