Recently appointed CEO of CSX Transportation, Hunter Harrison was previously administering Canadian Pacific Railway. Paul Hilal, the founding member of the CSX will carry out the business, along with Harrison, Mantle Ridge plus three fresh directors as the upper level managers of the CSX.
Harrison will take the place of Michael Ward, who already has his retirement on Feb. 21 after serving of 14 years.
Edward Kelly is the next in line to replace Ward as an independent director of the company and Hilah is chosen for vice chairman of the board.
