A Weekly Yoga Class helps Relieve Stress during Pregnancy

Yoga class is an effective practice experienced by many of the mothers; a recent study shows that practicing yoga every week, during pregnancy, helps reduce women’s fear of childbirth and ease stress.

It has been analyzed that single class of yoga cuts mother’s anxiety and two months of classes reduce her levels of stress. After a remarkable feedback from the mothers, experts have called NHS
to offer free yoga classes for the pregnant women. Yoga involves relaxing techniques; yoga sessions are adapted for pregnancy to ease pain and strengthen the body. The researchers from Manchester University have gone some way to prove that yoga has a potential to help pregnant women who are feeling anxious; thus, it is necessary to keep them active, improve their physical health and strengthen their emotional health.
