But lack of sleep which is less than 6 hours, causes an alarming situation as it increases the risk factors for heart disease, diabetes, stroke and metabolic syndrome.
Researches has also revealed that lack of sleep increases different types of embellishments in the brain that actually is considered to be the main cause of Alzheimer’s and other mental deteriorations.
So, for a healthy brain at least sleep 7 hours a night to keep all those deadly diseases away for the sake of active lifestyle.
