Sleep, a natural recurring state of mind and essential for healthy living. 

No workout, beggarly eating and smoking are some factors that leads to bad press.Research have shown that about 40 million people suffer from chronic long-term sleep disorders, and around 20 million people undergo occasional sleep problems in United States. 

If the sleep hours decrease, it can effect our mood, energy and stress management.Sleep disorders can lead to weight gain, depression, and even heart disease.Here are some tips that can provide you better sleep: 

  • Improve your sleep routine with regular exercise. 
  • Get up at the same time, even in weekends. 
  • Hold off your hands from caffeine, alcohol and nicotine 
  • Go to sleep when you are very tired.
