A photo provided by Red Bull Stratos on July 25, 2012, a balloon lifts up during the second test in Roswell, N.M. It is described as a 40 acre dry cleaner bag but when filled will stretch 55 stories high. It is scheduled to liftoff from Roswell,N.M on Monday to carry Fearless Felix 23 miles into the stratosphere.
There is a little bit of risk with the Helium balloons that they can easily be torn by the wind, so the launch wont take place unless wind speeds are less than 2 mph and balloons of such type are so delicate that once they are out of the box they must be put into use immediately.
