Do you know about the US Army’s new Superchopper?
Helicopter or new Superchopper? What you say? Although surprising but the interesting fact, the US Army’s new Superchopper will be able to carry heavy good, transport troops and be fitted out as the flying gunship. According toDefenceTalk, this futuristic helicopter can travel at over 270mph; it has won $100bn contract from Pentagon for the upcoming generation of attack helicopter. The helicopter’s fans propel the two rotors, used to create lift, to reach 230 knots. AVX Aircraft Company offers the design with the capabilities the US Army requires for future fleet of utility. The aircraft has entry doors on both sides of fuselage; in addition, it also contains larger rear ramp to for easy cargo handling, says AVX.
